At Atlas Wellness Center, we have two amazing Costa Mesa Pilates instructors, Tricia Buck and Michelle Wagner, with extensive knowledge in weight loss, exercise rehabilitation, posture correction, sports injury prevention, and strength/conditioning.

Pilates is a body conditioning routine that seeks to build flexibility, strength, endurance, and coordination without adding muscle bulk.
